Abridged Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates
We obtain abridged birth, marriage and death certificates from the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) on your behalf.
Please note Abridged Marriage Certificate cannot be issued when divorced or when any of the parties is deceased.
The fee is R850.00
Time frame is 2-3 working days
Unabridged Birth Certificates
An unabridged birth certificate shows both parents' details and is mostly required for visa applications, schools and travelling with children.

Time Frame is between 3 – 6 Weeks ( all cases differ by Application)

Vault Birth Copy
A vault birth certificate is a certified copy of your original birth record from the Home Affairs vault, mainly required for a British passport application.

Unabridged
Death Certificate
We expedite unabridged death certificates already applied for at Home Affairs.
Required document – DHA 1663 Death Register from the undertaker/ hospital.

Unabridged & Vault
Marriage Certificate
We fast-track unabridged and vault marriage certificates already applied for at Home Affairs.
Requirements for Marriage Applications: DHA-30/ BI30 a handwritten Marriage Register issued by the Priest/ Marriage officer

The fee is from R1150.00 depending on the number of documents you have. The prices are very Flexible
Passport Application Expediting
We fast-track existing passport applications only. You must already have applied at Home Affairs, we do not lodge new passport applications on your behalf.
If you have applied at Home Affairs the Fee to expedite is R1450.00
